How we store it
All traffic to myjusticeAI is encrypted with SSL/TLS. Your case data, documents, and evidence are stored encrypted at rest on our managed cloud backend.
Authentication
We use industry-standard secure authentication. Passwords are never stored in plaintext, and sessions use short-lived tokens.
How we use AI
We use AI models to help summarize, draft, and explain legal documents and processes. AI output is informational only, is not legal advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney. We're transparent about when AI is involved in any response or document.
Your controls
You can export or delete your account and all associated case data at any time from your portal. Email support@myjusticeai.org for help.
